Volunteer
The success of Tehama Together can be attributed to the dedication of the agency’s Volunteer Board of Directors and support from the community. Having no paid employees, everything is managed by the volunteer board or volunteer advocates. Do any of the activities below meet your interests? Volunteers can work on a part time basis, or help out on-call.
- Join the Board of Directors
- Participate in Tehama Together programs, events and informational booths
- Run errands or provide transportation
- Assist with fundraising and grant development
- Network with other community based organizations on behalf of Tehama Together
- Provide legal guidance
- Help with office staffing and data entry
- Help with social media accounts and website updates
- Help with reports, press releases, meeting notes and newsletter
- Recruit additional volunteers
- Assist interested groups in becoming 501c3 tax exempt organizations
